Great location and price. Couldn't argue only issue is I wish that they had hot items for breakfast but our room was nice and clean. Location was not far from mainline metro station and in a nice residential area

Staff on reception were really helpful and gave us good advice about transport links and places to visit. Our room was a little tired in terms of furnishings & fittings, but spotlessly clean & beds were very comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot. There was a good choice for breakfast and the coffee was excellent. This hotel is just a...

I stayed here back in April with my friend. The staff on the reception desk were lovely, it seemed to be the same man every morning of our stay and he couldn't have been any more helpful if he tried. He showed us every morning how to get to where we wanted to go and even drew on a map...

We were on a budget and did not expect the Ritz but we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is in a quiet area but only minutes from Metro Manzoni. The staff is pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean if a little shabby with a mixture of furniture. The bed was really comfortable if a little narrow. The shower...

Dear tourist, do not book this hotel! I'm italian and I travel every week in Rome for work. I often change hotel to discover this wonderfull city. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever found in Rome in terms of fornitures (old, broken, dirty), services (cold water missing, only hot water in the shower, tv doesn't work) and...

The hotel states that it has air conditions available; however not all rooms have this service . We are staying in room 104 , the temperature outside is around 35 degrees Celsius and even hotter inside the room . We talked to the reception guy and he said there's nothing he can do . Friends staying at cheaper hotels nearby...

Dear Sir, we apologize for the issues we had in your room, unfortunately we couldn't move you to another room as there was no availability. We assure you that we now solved the problem, we are sorry this aspect of the service influenced your vacation in a negative way.

It is listed that they have central air conditioning but its hard to sleep due to the current heat . Other than that breakfast is very good , friendly staff . Nice location , if coming in winter the stay would be amazing but in summer the air conditioning is bad.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
