Negative: no tea and coffee in the room. Positives: The rest. Supurb location close to metro and several nice restaurant s. All major sites are within 30 min walk. Good breakfast, friendly staff and nice room. If I come back to Rome, (5 days is not enough!) , I will definitely book into this hotel again.

A member of the "Small and Elegant" collection, but closer to "Small and Old". Bell staff was very nice, but otherwise lukewarm reception and nothing exceptional about any service supplied from the front desk. The highlight was the breakfast room in the lower level. Top notch and would have liked this room to represent the rest of the hotel. Room...

It is small, very well appointed and nicely updated and the location is exceptional. The accommodating staff makes you feel like you're having a 5 star stay. Our room had a small piazza that looked out toward the Popolo. Liked it so much we came back for a second stay after touring Tuscany.

This hotel was very small (only 32 rooms). Rooms were small too, but the hotel was first class. It was very clean and in an excellent location. I even met people that had gone back to the hotel after a previous stay. The continental breakfast was also very good and one of the best I had ever had. I would...

Really liked this hotel. Perfect location on a nice shopping street and walking distance to Coliseum and the Vatican City. The breakfast was very good (for being in south of Europe). The rooms was clean and free Wi-Fi was great.

Really loved this place. The hotel is at a walk away distance from Spanish step, trevi fountain and even Pantheon. Rooms were very spacious and the staff (specially front desk guys) very helpful. I strongly recommend this place to all.

We stayed there for 3 nights, breakfast was nice, staff was welcoming and helpful and as far as the location...It was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is close to piazza di Spagna, piazza del Poppolo while the main street del Corso is only few minutes away! Overall, enjoyable stay!

Nothing about this place is nice, except the location. The rooms are small and old, not quaint. Air conditioner didn't work in my room. Maybe no one stayed in the room I got for a long time. I booked on Hotwire, maybe they just shoved me in their worst room. The staff is actually very pleasant. But the property needs...

Whenever we are fortunate enough to go to Rome we always stay at the Piranesi. I love the rooms that face Via del Babuino because I can see the piazza and hear the sounds of the city. The staff are wonderful, helpful and informative. Breakfast is plentiful.

Good, central location within walking distance of the main attractions. Room and balcony were nice with good A/C. Breakfast staff were rude and wanted to charge us 5 euros for scrambled eggs. We were looking forward to the rooftop bar for a drink although it was deserted when we got up and doesn't look like it's used.
