Very nice location and place to stay. Clean and comfortable room with AC and fridge. Helpful and great staff. Definitely recommend to stay and a good breakfast. Would check again in the future if possible.
After reading reviews, we decided to stay at Varese Hotel for 3 nights in Aug. We were very happy with our decision. The location was great as it was only a few blocks from the Termini. We felt completely safe in the area and there were numerous restaurants close by. The room was clean, modern, and large. Breakfast was served by staff in a room off the lobby and there were many options to choose from. The desk staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Denise. We would definitely choose to stay there again.
We didn't actually stay at this hotel but we had booked it and then had a change of plans so had to cancel. Through some technical and/or human error, I was charged as a no-show. It took a bit to convince the hotel of the error but they did acknowledge the mistake and I did, after a while, receive a full refund. There were some challenges in that they wanted to send me a wire transfer and I was unable to get useful information in that regard from my bank so they ended up sending it via PayPal which worked great. I'm sure it wasn't easy from his end either but the general manager, Massimilliano Marianecci was extremely gracious, patient, and helpful. I appreciated his efforts to resolve the problem.
The location was good, near the central station. The breakfast because of covid was served by waiter and it wasn't self service, so we had to wait for some time until someone taking our order and bringing our food. The quality was good and variety was okay for 3-4 dsys. One of the waiters were not very polite when asking us to put our mask on, when we came to the dining area, on our first day, qnd her first time asking us to wear the mask! we were not used to wearing mask anymore since it wasn't mandatory to wear mask in Denmark. The wifi was almost useless in the rooms at the back. The shower was not draining properly, so the whole bathroom would get flooded after shower. The room was clean but we didn't get a very nice room, it was on the ground floor and we had to ho through a maze to get there, and the window was facing an alley with some Saturday, Sunday market thingy which was noisy in the early morning! …
We stayed at the hotel last week for 3 nights and it was just perfect , the staff was very warm and accommodating they listened to our need and even satisfied it . The hotel is also located at the perfect place very close to the termini yet quite. We enjoyed the stay and the accommodations Cheers to the entire team.
Lovely place, excellent service, good breakfast. Everyone went out of their way to make sure all needs were met. The room is simple, but spacious, quiet, and elegantly appointed. Even the art in the reception and dining areas was lovely. It is close to the train station, so a few minute walk. Do not take a taxi unless you have to! This was the only time I got ripped off in my four weeks of travel in Italy. Easy to walk everywhere. Highly recommended..
I can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff here. They were helpful and gracious and went out of their way to make sure everything went well. The hotel is just a few blocks from the train station, easy to walk from, and very comfortable. The breakfast is made to order. You choose what you’d like from the menu. And I’m happy to recommend this place and will be happy to return again.
Hotel canceled my booking day before our arrival without calling us, they sent email 10PM in the evening that I have 6 hours to update my credit because there was problem, in the morning I saw email and I updated, update was confirmed, after one hour they canceled our booking anyway and when I called them, they didn't help because hotel was already fully bookedy, this is not acceptable by any means, very bad experience, they could either write message few days before or call!!!!
Very cute place, Staff were the best. Great location. Close to the train station, the metro but you can walk to anywhere you want to visit. Restaurants close by. Was the perfect location to see the sites.
This is a good Hotel.Boutique like. modern and very good staff. Net time in Rome I am coming back. There checkin is painless. They assist you in any way possible. I really think this Hotel is underrated big time.
