Nice charming little hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Not located in the centre of Rome, about 20 minutes walk to attractions, which we liked! We would use the hotel again and have no problems recommending to family and friends.

Stayed here with my partner for five nights at the end of September/beginning of October. The room was clean and spacious, and whilst the bathroom was relatively compact it wasn't that small that it was inconvenient. Be aware, however, that the mattress on the bed was on the hard side, so if you do want a bed with a soft...

My friend and I booked this hotel on our backpacking excursion through Europe. We were pleased to find a very clean room that had great wifi and a television. Hotel Kent is a wonderful value, and also has a breakfast bar when you are in a hurry. The front desk is able to call a taxi for you, or you...

We stayed at the Kent for 3 evenings with another couple. The people at the desk were just fantastic and helped us book taxis, etc. for our tours and other outings offering suggestions. The common room/breakfast room was handy for having a drink or short get together before leaving for the evening. Breakfast was good and staff really served us...

Everything was just perfect. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast in Italian (crossiant, coffee/tea, and bread). Location is nearby the metro station and 15 minutes walk from the train station.

I was on a couple's city break retreat to Rome with my loved one. + Upon arriving at the hotel (before our actual check-in time) we were greeted by a younger gentleman (there are 3 concierges, in 3 shifts, from young in the morning to old in the evening). He kindly allowed us to leave our luggage there while the...

the younger gentleman on a morning was very good and the older gentleman on an evening who really tried was helpful as well both giving us maps and ordering us taxis and toilet paper when we asked it was the best part of the whole service. Overall though it wasn't a great experience in many ways. When we first arrived...

Location: Wasn't a long walk from the train station and quite easy to find but it is in the opposite direction to the city center. We had friends staying near the Trevi fountain and ended up there for dinner as there were so many more options to choose from. This made it a long walk back for us late at...

Nice, welcoming, profesional and friendly staff! We were given maps and information about things not so popular in Rome but worth seeing. We had to change rooms on the first day but everything went smoothly. Rooms were clean and equipped. We kindly recommend it!

The hotel staff was nice and helping. They gave me maps and showed me what to visit. When I arrived, the man at the desk said : " Buona sera. You must be Mihaela", which was cute. Proffesional and discrete personnel. They don't speak English. I was talking in English, they answered in Italian. Only one of them spoke a...
