Where to start! the Villa is beautiful, rooms spacious, amenities fantastic and it really is all about location location location!! It is extremely central, 5 min walk down hill to the Colleseum, and for the fit, an hour walk to the Vatican. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We first stayed in Feb...

Stayed here on a pilgrimage and was delighted with the stay! Air conditioning was great and badly needed due to 35 degree weather! It broke one night and was swiftly fixed for me the following morning! Friendly staff, great pool and gardens, especially the lovely turtle that lives in the pond! So close to John Latern's and the colosseum. A...

We stayed here for one night as we prepare for our wedding in Rome next year. This is a real oasis and tranquil spot and we slept so well! We look forward to coming back with our families next year. Thank you for your hospitality

Just home from a 4 day stay with my hubby in Rome. I found Villa Irlanda by accident on Trip advisor and I have to say from my initial email to Tatiana to our late check out, our stay was made all the more enjoyable by the friendly and helpful staff here. As a coeliac there was no issue with...

What a beautiful, clean, friendly place to stay. I brought our children, ages 12, 10,9 and had a great time. Tennis/basketball/football court was a huge bonus in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The pool is closed this time of year as the Italians think it's cold even though 22degrees is baking for us Irish! Breakfast was great, lots...

Spent 4 days in Rome in September and stayed here - the Villa is situated in the grounds of the Irish College and hidden away behind a large wooden door on a quiet street - simple en-suite rooms with great friendly welcome - breakfast included. Loved the quiet seclusion and the garden with an outdoor swimming pool (open 2pm-6pm only)...

Connected to the Irish priest college next door this is a great place to stay and a nice walking distance from the sites. However don't go in august as Rome is very hot. Very nice church on site also with public mass on Sunday

The location is great and so close to many important sites, the staff are very friendly and will always go out of their way to help. Very peaceful and at night you wouldn't hear a sound despite being in the centre of a vey busy City. Would and hope to use again, you never see all that needs to be...

For a three night stay in Rome this was the perfect accommodation. Central, excellent facilities, safe & secure location. Continental breakfast - a delicious selection of breads, cheese, cold meat, croissants, pastries, fruit juice etc.

The location was great, a short walk to the Colosseum, yet It is really quiet and safe. The room and the bathroom were very clean and extra pillows/towels a bonus. Breakfast was continental but loads to eat. A metro ride to the Vatican. We walked and walked! went to mass Sunday morning and met a young couple who were married...

“Not a party place! No bar but a restful hotel, within easy reach of all the major tourist sites. A superb base for touring but quiet and restful when you return in the evening having eaten and drank your fill in the various reasonably priced restaurants. Remember to go up the hill too into the main square and surrounding areas- good eateries there too.”
