We stayed in this hotel for the Max Pezzali concert. The parking is not very large but we were lucky and found a place. Upon arrival they welcomed us with extreme kindness and friendliness. We went up to drop off our suitcases with a lift that was working but definitely in need of modernisation. The room was super clean, but there are definitely things to improve: the TV was practically in the antechamber of the room as we had chosen a junior suite, and it could have been brought closer with a trolley but the cord was too short, and then in the tub which it can be used as a shower the siphon did not stay still so it is not possible to take a shower without holding the siphon. Upon our return in the evening we found a very kind gentleman at the reception who helped us with the machines. Super abundant and good breakfast. First time I've seen croissants and bags in a reasonable size and not in mini size. In short, in our opinion, excellent value for money, super location, in 15 minutes on foot you are outside the Circus Maximus.

Excellent staff, Nico is the best!
You can't get more hospitable than this!
An excellent breakfast for every taste!
In the restaurant you can eat very tasty homemade pasta and delicious desserts at reasonable prices.
Comfortable lounge area with the option of self-service drinks and snacks, we played here in the evening.
Beautiful courtyard and terrace to linger on.
Very clean!
Very good location, you can get to all the sights quickly.
There are a few older rooms and a few newer rooms, all of which are currently being gradually renovated to the new standard.
The showers in the older rooms are very small, the only drawback of the hotel if you have one of the older rooms. Our son had an older single room, we had a newer double room, we were all happy.

What a fabulous hotel this is as a base for a holiday in Rome.
Ideally located in a quieter area it’s just a 5 minute walk to the Piramide Metro with lots of good restaurants nearby.
The facilities are excellent- it has a private car park, a lovely garden terrace, a small bar and a quaint restaurant. And the prices of the drinks was very reasonable.
Our rooms were of sufficient size, with a large very comfortable bed. Even though we were “roadside” and I am a light sleeper the double glazing did its job and kept the noise out. And the aircon did its job on keeping the room cool
Although the “bathroom” was small it had everything needed (shower, toilet, bidet) - the water pressure was a bit variable at peak times though.
The buffet breakfast included in the booking was excellent and even had a wide range of gluten free products available. Nico the waiter was very friendly and worked hard to ensure we had everything we wanted.
The only slight negative is that the facilities are a little dated, but this did not detract from enjoying our stay.
I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

Given that this is a budget hotel, we didn’t have high expectations. However, we were suitably impressed with HSP.
The location is great- it’s walking distance from the metro as well as a number of monuments if you’re happy with a slightly longer walk. There are bus stops just outside and some EXCELLENT restaurants nearby.
Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Breakfast was very good and had an excellent selection. Meats, cheese, eggs, salads, pastries, cakes, and a dedicated gluten free section.
We would stay again if in Rome.

I stayed here 2 weeks. It is a really great value for the money. The price offered at the hotel is about 30 percent higher than Booking. The breakfast is solid: great brioche. The staff is vvvv friendly. Great people. English spoken but not perfectly: adequate. I had dinner a few times and it was solid. The neighborhood is fantastic. Several nice piazzas just a few blocks away. Great restaurants as well: tremendous value. Try Bucatino and Perilli.

+1
The stay was truly pleasant, the staff was very courteous and helpful, the property is a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum, but also has a metro station and several bus lines next to it. It has free parking inside the structure. The breakfast is magnificent, they make homemade cakes and focaccias, as well as biscuits, croissants, savory bruschettas and coffee in general. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the cuisine is truly amazing (they make fresh pasta and desserts in house, the panna cotta is a must try), plus upon arrival they gave us a coupon showing a 10% discount for a service of our choice between aperitif, dinner or room service.
Absolutely recommended, it does not have two stars nor does it have three! When we return to Rome we will definitely stay here again, thank you!

Horrible. Noisy. Elevator makes noise into the rooms, a loud noise. Breakfast staff do not let you help yourself to the buffet, whichnis very strange. I stayed in this hotel while on a business trip and could not sleep due to noise. The hotel attacts very strange and noisy guests. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Stay away from this hotel.

The Inn is very well located at the foot of the Aventine. Nothing luxurious but the service is impeccable and the Value for Award very good. Excellent breakfasts. Special mention to Nico who ensures the comfort of guests and distills a good communicative mood.
