We stayed here for two nights when we arrived in Rome. It is in a great location close to the train station as well as the area of Monti and the Colosseum with lots of great places to eat and drink. Gael, the host, was available when we arrived around 2pm and provided a map with a lot of tips...

A pleasant stay in the heart of the city, plenty of dining options and a rare light design experience in Rome. Gael has been a very pleasant host with informative exchanges and good availability to fix all issues.

Nice location, main tourist attractions are in walking distance. The facilities provided were complete. And excellent service! The host was really helpful with everything. We had a great stay here & definitely recommended!

I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to stay. Very modern room. The bed was okay but not decorated. The shower does not drain so water floods everywhere. The building is only occasionally staffed, which would normally be fine, except that you need the staff in order to check in and out. I was accused of theft and asked to...

The location was perfect! Just close to many tourist attractions and Termini station. The room was big and confortable. In the other hand, the reception only works a few hours/day. When we get there, there was no one to get us in (so pay attention for the time you will get there). There was also no one for doing the...

We paid around EUR 120 / night which was reasonable value given location (10 - 15 minute walk to Monti district for decent bars / restaurants) and good size room (number 5). Room design very modern but minimalist, so don't expect any luxuries like extra pillows on the bed. Niggles were limited toiletries (just hand soap and shampoo), a broken...

The apartment is located in a quite, but centrally area. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. This said, it was not easy to sleep with the noisy air conditioning. The WiFi connection was not very good at our room.

Good sized room for 2 people, safe and good location for sightseeing (not as close to Trevi & Spanish steps as I had thought from the map, but still walkable). Only issue with the room (i think we were in room 5) was the levelling of the bathroom floor - water would overrun the shower area towards the sink &...

We were excited our visit to Rome and the pictures of our accommodation looked modern and sleek. If you are staying here you must let them know when you arrive or like us will be stranded outside not knowing what to do. Once rescued and after a day of traveling we were desperate for a shower. I thought it was...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
