We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful (pointing us out places of interest on the map etc). Our room was small and quite warm, don't think the air con was working. I feel that they had done well with the space there was. The bathroom was small but fine for what we needed. Fresh towels...

While indicated in small print on booking.com it's hard to understand why with two people on staff in the reception, they would charge and extra 30€ if you arrive after 10pm. Even if you arrive earlier this may give you a sense of the (lack of) politeness of the staff and of the establishment as a whole.

Just got back from a 3 night stay, found it perfect being so close to a tram and bus station, 5 minutes away from a metro station too. Our room was a twin and was clean and tidy. Never had a problem sleeping. May not have been the most modern but cannot complain for the price we paid. Didn't have...

I'd give this place no stars if I could. Heating didn't work, toilet seat was broken, water was cold, breakfast was a disaster and staff were rude and unhelpful. Nothing was done even after countless complaints. What an absolute joke of a hotel.

We booked this hotel to stay in over new years for 2 nights and I was honestly very worried about the reviews as they weren't great. However, for our budget and where we wanted to stay this seemed to be the only one suitable. Location - The hotel was in a fairly good location in that it was easy access...

Please see our experience below: Goods: - Close/walkable to nearest Metro station but not in city centre - Located on a quiet road - On request, management changed our room and gave a room on the top floor with a nice terrace view. The first room we got was a horrible 2 star hotel room and the next one we...

the room was the smallest, the bed wasn't confortable, the wardrobe smelled of fug so badly, the bathroom door hit the sink, the room was the first on the corridor, on the ground floor... overall, not a good, recomendable experience. the price was surprinsingly good for a 4 star hotel, so it didn't translate.

This hotel does not deserve a 4 stars rating. The room quality was very poor and the bathroom was old/dirty. The towels were like sandpaper, toilets were broken (driping all day/night long), no shampoo available, mould in the shower, rust on the soap dispenser, etc. Wifi signal was so bad that it couldn't work properly, the tv was old/small/without international...
