Prices here seemed similar to an en suite double in a hostel - so excellent value for Rome. We had stayed in another hotel in Rome a week previously and it cost twice the price - and this room was probably better. Just with more down market artwork. And saving 80+ Euros a night, I can cope with that. Breakfast...

I was having an extended shopping & relaxing weekend in Rome with my sister in July and we had a fantastic time. Also thanks to Angelica and her husband - the owners of Angelica Home BB property. Hi, I stayed at this B&B for 4 nights and loved its location. The Ottaviano station is 2 minutes away and is walking distance from the Vatican Museum. My husband and I stayed in a medium room which was not too small but not decently spacious either. It was very clean though. The breakfast provided by this B&B is excellent...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
