Old, dirty, ugly hotel. Find another hotel this is too dirty, smells bad, and there is better hotels around the same price. The service is not good either. They need an update on EVERYTHING on this hotel.

The hotel is just ok and yes the pictures are a bit deceiving on the website. The wifi does not work throughout the building. In fact, I have to sit in and around the lobby to be connected to the wifi. My room view is very interesting which is some sort of back alley and the appliances do not work...

Awful experience. Oh where to begin? I booked this hotel because it was fairly cheap and the rooms looked beautiful. We get there and the first weird thing was when the receptionist said "breakfast isn't included you know, right?" When booking, nowhere (and I double checked) did it say anything about breakfast being optional and having to be paid for...

stay here for 2 nights. very good location as it is just 5mins walk away from Roma Termini. Room is spacious, but everything else is very basic. Room cleanliness wasn't the best, can be improved. Things to note, they do not provide toothpaste and toothbrush.

This hotel is close to Roma Termini which is about 5-10 minutes walk. Roman Termini is a place where we can catch a taxi cab, shop, dine and schedule train to other cities. Their breakfast is as good as American. The staff took care of my family's needs whenever necessary. Did not have any problems with cleanliness or theft of property....

Checkout was fast too, only one night, but enough to say it is a good place. The breakfast was fine. Not excellent as people say, but better than a simple one (very common in Italy). Awesome location for public transportation!

We stayed for a night at Milani and it was a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and despite being a 3 star all the essential amenities are present. Despite being located near the termini it's peaceful and away from the hustle bustle. The breakfast is decent although would suggest that a napkin or tissues are provided on the dining...

The hotel is perfectly located near Termini Station and walking distance to the Colosseum, Diocletian Baths and shopping areas. The rooms are clean and quiet, we took a 2-room apartment and it was perfect for a 4-person family. Good value-price relation. The breakfast is ok (although there is no refill around 9.30). Totally recommend it for a city break and...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
