On the top floor, the Hotel's 2014 new service: L'Attico bistrot. Situated on the panoramic room with a double facade overlooking the two terraces, the restaurant offers a Roman cuisine reinterpreted in modern key. We were perfectly happy with the room itself but we had a couple of issues— The wifi only worked in the room from one of our three phones the first day. Thereafter, it would seem like one could use it then we were unable to the entire time. I was also told that we would be able to split the payment upon checkout as one of our friends lived in Europe while we were from the US. The hotel did not allow us to use more than one card on the transaction. The man at the front desk on 19 Oct 2021 did not offer for us to pay partially with cash. He o ly said you can only use one card. When I suggested it, he said it was too late and refused to help us reverse the situation which frustrated me and left me with a bad taste in leaving this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, at the end of August 2021. The room was excellent, well-furnished and very well kept. The breakfast was abundant and served on a beautiful terrace with a view of the Colosseum. The hotel is walking distance from all the antiquities and all the newer buildings. The team both at the front desk and at the breakfast room went out of their way to make us feel welcome and address any issues. We will definitely rebook at this hotel and recommend it highly.

We planned to travel to Rome, Italy in June 2020 and stay at his Hotel. We put a deposit of $500+. Well COVID-19 happened so we cancelled and they gave us credit until Dec 31st 2020. We have writing to the Hotel stating that it's not safe to travel to Rome during all of 2020. Italy has now unrestricted travel June 2021 with proof of vaccination. They have refused to return my deposit.
