Stayed here during end of Dec 2016. A very good hotel in Rome, the staffs (both front desk & rooftop restaurant) were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. Location: Quiet neighborhood, 5mins walk to Colosseum 20mins walk to termini station 30mins walk to Spanish steps Room and bed were very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a small diamond near the Colosseum. I stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful time! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very attentive. The breakfast is simply wonderful. You can enjoy it in the 4th floor on a terrace with a wonderful view of the Colosseum and of St. Peter's cupola...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for several nights, and loved it. The location couldn't be better, being a short walking distance from the Colosseum. But the hotel was hidden in a back street, avoiding enormous crowds. Everything about the hotel was nice, including the room and service. But the feature that we liked the most was the...

I had an absolutely wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel, can't praise them enough. The service was both friendly and helpful -- from the genial staff in the breakfast room (lovely atmosphere, rooftop view), to the pleasant welcome every time I entered the front door. A big thank you to Marco, who helped me when I needed a few e-mails...

It was great for me to find such affable front desk, the usher was funny and highly active whenever I passed trough his area. My room was as new, professionally cleaned twice a day with a daily turndown service. The breakfast was tasty, the waiters were attentive at my wishes. Human resources have given me the best experience in my...

An affordable hotel, located just aside Coloseum. A relatively old structure, but very well maintained, with design appliances and solid furniture. Very high quality linen. Staff very friendly and attentive. Nice and tasty breakfast with a wonderful view over Rome terraces

In general good facilities. The rooms are well designed with comfortable beds. The restaurant is at the top level. When the weather is good, You can sit outside and enjoy the view over ancient Rome. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices of bread, fruits, and cold as well as warm food.

Rating: "Good" rather than "very good", but we would't choose average , so. . . . We wouldn't return again. In March 2014, this was the perfect stay. In October 2016, we decided we would never go back. We still liked the location, though over near the Colloseo. It's just little changes. Except for the last day, the staff were...

This was my third time to stay at Capo D'Africa, and it confirmed yet again why I come back. Staff is exceptional, which in and of itself is a good reason to come. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and of course the location near the Collesseum and Colesseo Metro stop is perfect.
