They came outside and parked my car for me in their garage. The cost of 30 euros was worth it as trying to find parking anywhere around that part of Rome in the afternoon...

Two night stay at the River Palace Hotel in Rome. Wonderful in every way, fully deserving of my 5 star rating. I was there to celebrate a big birthday and had cake with a candle at breakfast and great bottle of wine from the hotel which i thought was lovely. Would recommend without reservation.

Very chic, very clean whit excellent services and a great breakfast this hotel is located only 200m away from Piazza del Populi and 10-15 minute walking from Spanish Steps or Fontana di Trevi. If you find the proper offer you can pay less than 140 euro/night/dbl. room/breakfast included

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
