The cleaniless would have been scored higher had the cleaners become almost non-existent the last two days.Travelling to major tourist destinations was ideal from the hotel with frequent buses and the metro a 10 minutes walk away. The staff are exceptionally helpful and gave sound advice. This enabled us to make good informed decisions and save us a few pounds!...

We also used this as a starting point for our Cosmos Tour. The rooms were clean and comfortable, a little small, but have a balcony outside was a huge bonus. The breakfast was certainly adequate. My only criticism was the hotel receptionist, who was rude, not very helpful with map directions and when we wanted to hand in our security...

Was meeting Point for the start of Cosmos Tour. Room was comfortable & Clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and great supermarket close by. As advised on trip advisor we walked from Bolonga station to the hotel but please be aware this is a a good 10 min walk. If you have lots of suitcases and it's in peak sunshine I would recommend getting a taxi from Termini. Top Tips (which we found out whilst there) 1. Us British are extremely polite (maybe to...

Myself, my Wife & Infant were there at the Hotel for 2 nights on the 3rd-5th July. Fairly pleased. Balcony provided was really good on the 5th...
