    When we left the hotel we had to pay for drinks we had not used from the mini bar. The receptionist could not explain exactly how this misunderstanding had occurred and said he could do nothing because this was not his responsibility.

    Well what can you say that hasn't already been addressed. Hot water out of 25 rooms that we occupied only 2 had lukewarm water the rest were cold with just the chill removed. Bathrooms need major renovations to bring them into the 20 century. Some...More

    Unless you have pre arranged to pick up passes at the Vatican, you can also pick them up much closer at St. John of the Lateran which is near to the Metro. This is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. This is where we... More
