Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff is also very good and speak English. The only thing for which I didn't give the 5th star is that we had 2 rooms and 1of them had good wifi but the other room had almost no connectivity. Apart from this we had no troubles staying here. P.S -McDonald's is bang opposite this... More

Located in an attractive apartment block (condominium) The Heart of Rome is modern, spotlessly clean, safe and comfortable. It's an easy, short bus ride to all the main attractions in the city. Avoid the bustle and noise of a city centre hotel, and get more ambiance and that personal touch that you only get with an attentive, enthusiastic set of... More

This is a standard bed and breakfast but with excellent rooms and extremely nice, helpful staff. Rejections are very nice and I suspect have all been recently refurbished (late 2015-16) The breakfast is very simple with plain 'cornetti' , coffee, that and some cheese and cold meets. Personally I would go to a nearby bar to have my coffee and... More

ThIs B&B was great for my family. I have 3 children and sometimes it can be quite challenging trying to book 1 room for all of us. It was close to transportation, grocery store and there are places to eat in the area. Everyone was so nice and they were very accomodating.. I can't say enough good things about this... More

I stayed at the Heart of Rome and it truly the heart of Rome. Great breakfast. Everyone on staff was very helpful, from recommendations of where to go, helping get tickets for tours, arrangement airport shuttles/laundry services, etc. Always someone available during the day to help. The room was excellent - quality shower, comfortable and clean. Heart of Rome, while... More

Very clean, new inside, great shower, room big enough, double pane windows so street noise was not a problem. Pipes make noise when showering. Bed comfortable. Kettle for boiling water. Reception managers very helpful and willing to explain. Breakfast very basic. Coffee great though. Hard eggs, white bread, typical pastries, basic cheeses. Fruit rare. Veggies non-existent. The location is NOT... More

This hotel was great from start to finish. I stayed with my partner for 4 nights, from the moment we arrived the hotel staff were nothing but lovely and helpful towards us. They talked us through the bedroom layout and then sat us down and told us how to get into town and which buses/metro to take etc, very helpful.... More

We have been in this hotel for 10 days. Fantastic and friendly service. Fine Italian breakfest. We would like it to be some extended with the nice crosty Italian bread but whatever! Rooms are somewhat noisy but if you have trouble with it they are fixing it directly and give you another room. The only thing i had problems with... More

Very clean and modern rooms. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. Always willing to help. Good transport links and not far from Vatican and some good restaurants. Great value for money and we used the airport transfer service provided by them which made dinging the hotel easy. We'll definitely come back

We had one big room for us and our three boys, all under twelve. Crowded, but we made it fun. The room was clean and when we got the air con going it was pleasant enough. Breakfast was simple but again entirely acceptable. There is a taxi rank minutes away and for five of us the Partheon or Colosseum were... More
