If you need a quiet and clean hotel, choose this one. There was no noise during our stay. The breakfast was just perfect and service in all the hotel was very good. Up on the roof terrace is a small restaurant for a dinner or a drink. The breakfast room turns into a restaurant in the evenings. Trevi and Spanish...

Arrived in Rome on Sept 24 and spent three nights at Albergo Ottocento. It is certainly a very conveniently located hotel. Near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. All within walking distance with lots of good restaurants in the area. An easy cab ride to the Vatican and the "ancient city." We had a deluxe room which was well appointed...

We stayed 4 nights at the Albergo Ottocento Rome. The hotel is perfectly located just next to Fontana Di Trevi, Piazza Spagna and Bernini Metro station. Hotel Staff is very pleasent and responsive. Breakfast is very good. Their coffee is great.

We were on a girly break and stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is well located just off Piazza Barberini. The rooms are rather small with little or no view but well maintained. The place is clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was good and copious with excellent, smiley service. The only thing that marred the trip was the rather...

After a long day in Rome we wanted a local place to eat & opted for this as it was up a side street. Lovely meal, simple, uncomplicated food, tasty and well prepared. €90 for shared starter, 2 mains and 2 sides, good bottle of red & espressos to finish.

My husband and I arrived early on a Saturday morning after a 8 hour flight from the US. We were greeted by a delightful young woman at the desk. While our room wasn't ready that early in the morning she assured us she'd get it ready as soon as possible. We left for a couple hours only to return to...

This hotel is one tiny street away from Piazza Barberini. Very comfortable and roomy room, very helpful and courteous personnel; very good breakfast. A walk away from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, the Museum. We could not have found a better location and hotel at this price.

First, the location is amazing! In the center of Rome (steps from piaza Barbarini and the metro). Second, the room is very cosey and elegant. Third, what a great food!!! Every breakfast is fresh and tasty. We ate dinner once and it was great too. The service was generous and pleasing. The Wifi needs improvement though. But all in all...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
