Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour group which my mother and I joined. WE stayed in a twin-bed room on the first floor. First, the hotel was located in what appears to be a residential street. Lots of condominiums/apartment buildings around, but felt very safe walking around. A pharmacy and a newsstand was across the street.... More

A very nice clean hotel, good equipment, friendly staff, around 12 min to the Metro, some good Restaurants and Cafés around, i would absolutely recommend it. However, it Takes half an Hour to get to the City Centre

The bed was like sleeping on a wooden pallet. The bath plug broke so could not empty the bath out. There was no in the room. The cleaner went through our clothes and suitcase. But the staff were quite nice if a bit slow. Would not recommend staying here. Had 3 night booked and paid for a different hotel it... More

Ok location for price. Reasonably near metro which is close to Vatican city and not really that far out for most sights. Clean, well kept room but very stark. Nothing on walls and no coffee making facilities in rooms. Bathroom was clean but bath was tired looking. No free WiFi for us as not booked directly through hotel. Breakfast was... More

Hotel was adequate, but location was no good for sightseeing, felt the hotel was more for the business traveler than holidaymaker. Surrounded by residential apartments and a few shops. Not a nice walk to the underground, but the underground was very efficient and easy use.

3 days at this hotel. noisy road. hard 2ft 6inch wide beds. The worst hotel breakfast in 40 years. Eggs so hard boiled yolk had turned to crumbs. no fresh fruit. very poor cereal choice. bread awful, machine juice unpalatable. Not 4 star, so the 6 euro daily city tax was unfair. 2 star is 3. nowhere near to eat.... More

To start with: the staff is friendly, maybe not so active but ok. The rooms are clean and sober. That was good. But... 1, No free Wifi! You have to pay 3€ per day. 2, You have to be your own technician to put up or low your heat. The heat system is in the elements. Not on the wall... More

We where a small tour group booked through Travelway,I don't know how much they budget for, obviously was not much. Our bedroom was small with the worst twin single beds ever slept in, I think there where planks instead of springs, room smelt of cigarette smoke. No complimentary water. Tiny shower, awful breakfast, everything was cold, little choice. Maybe there was... More

Now for the not so good bits The room was ok but dated ( not that we stayed around in the day) the beds were two singles that we were disappointed about, our room was... More

The worst hotel ever. Rooms are so so old and the mattress a nightmare. Little spiders guard your dreams. The hotel staff is ok but there is a lady at the restaurant that is so aggressively rude that you will notice her soon if you have the bad idea of booking this hotel. Four star hotel? I wouldn't think they... More
