When me and my sister arrived we were told we had been upgraded to a bigger room and hadn't been charged any extra, great start to the holiday!! The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful :-). The room was quite small but we didn't plan on spending much time in the room so it didn't bother us at...

This hotel is ideally located on the Via Nazionale in Rome and has a beautiful, spacious atrium that portrays frescoes of Renaissance figures. These add immensely to your immediate impressions of the hotel. The foyers are large and have seating for waiting guests and free newspapers for patrons. Fruit and sweets are also available for paying guests. There are three...

I booked a room for myself after I seen the pictures online but I was deceived. My room was very small and I doubt that two people would be comfortable in that small room. The bed was super small and they only gave one hard flat pillow. The shower was so small you could barely move around in it without...

The bus stop to most of the attraction is just infront of the door . I tried food in the hotel...

Im staying in room 130 Hotel rooms are really small, barely enough for one person, so while having to suitcases in the room you can't even open them. Our air-conditioning was not working! Flow of water in the bathroom is low. Elevator got stuck each time. And the worst thing is the bad smell in the corridor. Not worth the...

I stayed one night for business. The location was great, very close to the Trevi fountain. The hotel was basic. My room had been upgraded but was still what I would consider basic and unfortunately the whole hotel smelt of drains which wasn't very pleasant but for one night and simple needs, it was fine.

Checkin was very smooth and the staff at the concierge were helpful too. The Location is the best thing about this hotel. Right in the middle of the city, next to loads of shops and restaurants and a short walk to the attractions of the city of Rome. Biggest issue was the size of the room & the shower. I...
