I have to start saying that staff was very nice and accommodating, but management was the worse I have ever experienced in my travels to Italy. My wife and I typically travel in three stars hotels when we are in Italy, we are not fussy, or used to complaint, but we did find this place below any accommodation standards we've experienced in Italy, and I don't believe they should be classified a three star hotel. We (2 adults and 2 kids below 10) were left without power and most importantly without cooling on our first night back to this hotel, with no notice and/ or apologies in the middle of August! The second day technicians were supposed to fix this electrical issue, but they were not be able to fix it. We were ready to go back to our room, when realized that the issue was not fixed yet, and no one has made us aware, and no other accomodation was even offered to us. The third day we managed to communicate our frustrations to the owner, who offered us a poor solution with a queen size room with an added beds and a non functional toilet (someone just left this room) my wife and I looked at eachother and laugh! We mentioned that the room was below any standards of accommodation, and finally one of front desk staff offered to us a two bedroom accommodation for the same price of the original booking. We also received one free night. We were happy after that, but it was definitely a very badly managed situation that I wouldn't wish to anyone! Breakfast included was poor.

We arrived on Christmas Day - the hotel was welcoming - but the restaurant was booked and there was nothing open within walking distance. This may be a good option for travelers with a car - or young folk with good legs - but we were stuck without a cab ride and public transport was not running. Room was very basic - limited seating and hard bed with 2 pillows. We moved to a downtown location.

I have stayed here for 5 night during our business meetings, it was located near office. The location, atmosphere, rooms, staff, vicinity, everything was perfect. It was really relaxing, the food was Italian original and delicious, staff were friendly, rooms were well organized and decorated, located in a way guaranteed your privacy. Lastly, price was really affordable. I, strongly, recommend it.

Excellent for its price and distance from the centre. We stayed here with our teenage sons. Breakfast buffet is typically Italian but with a general European accent. To get to the centre take public transport (1h) or a taxi (not Uber!!, but myTaxi - 20 min)

I stayed here as it was a very close walk to a business meeting which I attended. On one of the days I managed to get into Rome city center which was surprisingly easy from this location. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but with very good coffee and dinner was very tasty. All-in-all great value for money
