Well , first of all , it was 80 euros/ night , we booked only one night , we survived but i think its better to be somewhere else for multiple nights. Lets start: - we had a foostep on our wall , as high as i am (im 194cm)…. I mean …. Bruhhh …how??? -the room was dirty -the bathroom had a bit of elevation so I kicked the step with my foot everytime I walked in - I thought its a good idea to have a room with a window that looks on an inner garden , oh booyyy was I wrong. At 6am , workers showed up and they started drill the concerete just under our window , well it was not a pleasant experience lets say that :D - the staff is friendly and everything but cant compensate everyhing sadly . Fair price for a room like this for only one night. If you had other options , avoid this. Otherwise its OK for 1 (and only ONE) night.

First off, the place is very difficult to find since there are no signs outside, so its best to find it looking at the building number. I booked a private room with a private bathroom. The room did not have any window, half the lights were fused, the receptionist in the evenings did not know how to replace them. The bathroom did not have an exhaust, so the room felt very dingy. There was a table fan which helped in air circulation. The place was very noisy, especially at nights with the staff making noise, speaking to each other across corridors. I would not stay there in the summers, since it is not air conditioned. I found out later that I was paying just 5 euros extra for a private room than for those who had booked rooms in shared dorms, so for the price I paid, I was fine. It is close to the main station, so that's a plus. Half the time the elevator did not work, which can be painful if you need to drag your luggage up. The WiFi was very slow

Very unsafe place, should be definitely separated into the choice for females or for males. Not only for tourist but also homeless. Bathroom catastrophe so dirty never ever seen before. Loudly! Last night I did not stay there no discussion about refund. Don’t stay! Close to Termini the only one good thing but even the area/ street is unsafe and dirty. Facility could be a very good hotel if owner paint it, clean it regularly and separated into females or males option. Not mixed this is ridiculous and dangerous!

Room was cold, dirty, blankets missing, water only cold, even after calling the reception they did not fix it. Overall horror place, the receptionist non-personal, if from another planet. Please, for you own pleasure, do not visit this place

Dirty bedroom, dirty sheets, bugs in the shower, the place overall seems very unsafe. The street is dark, the host wasn't very pleasant, we had to ask for the ac remote otherwise the room was too hot, the fridge smelled very badly and there was a very noisy thermal accumulator in the bedroom so it was very difficult to sleep. Also, there was a locked door that separated our bedroom from the next one so it was possible to hear other guests.

We've spent there one night when being in Rome. I would not recommend it once again - especially due to the lack of cleanness and modernity in comparison to the price. We skipped showering and were happy to leave. The beds felt like 30 years old and my friend had to scratch the next day due to unknown itching. The staff was OK but for the price and location next to the rather unsafe trainstation area you should go for something else. Never again!

I would happily give this zero stars if I could. I thought I was getting minimal but clean accommodations that would suffice for someone on the go. In reality: - Dirty. Stains all over bedding - Awful sewage smell throughout the room - No hot water for showering - No toilet paper or anything to dry your hands - LOUD! Woke up to the sound of someone vomiting like he was right beside my bed - No access to the actual building, so you have to wait outside ringing the buzzer until you’re let up. Waited quite a while when checking in despite supposed 24h reception. At night it feels incredibly unsafe. - They don’t answer emails. I emailed three times in the weeks leading up to my reservation with no response. Checked out early to stay somewhere else and was given no refund. Not worth saving money to stay there, and I’m usually happy to forego some comforts to spend my money doing more interesting things. Avoid.

The reason why I ll give one point of merit is because the location , close by termini . Talking about a single bed room. No hot water , Bathroom dirty , No towel provided ( in their web site the information is wrong ) the hair dryer wasn’t working (not able to take a shower on arrival also for this reason),the position of the tv on the wall not allowing to watch properly anything(the angle of the wallstand wasn’t correct at all,and not adjustable) the mini fridge in the room wasn’t working and was stinky as anything never smelled before , wi-fi service provided , but the router probably had really hard times to offer the signal everywhere in the same way(in my room wasn’t strong at all), the staff isn’t pleasent at all ( my experience was with a man , probably indian background ) , not reliable , not speaking good english or neither good Italian , not on top of his job , and really bad in terms of quality service provided. For my personal experience , that was one of the worst in my whole traveller life . As a Recco , I would suggest to review the staff , to invest more time and more money on the maintenance and finally reach the real first star that a hotel should declare to have. Thank you very much for reading and choosing something better than that.

This was my first time in Rome, my family was looking for some place near the heart of the city. Centrally located to bus or train to travel around the city. We book for 6 nights, from Expedia (about $73/ night). We are four family members, all adults. We were place on the third floor. Building has a small elevator. Our room was large (25'x 25') had five bunk beds (just as the picture show), our room was at the end of one hallway, with private bath (i believe the bath was re-model recently), there was two full bath outside our room. The toilet seat was broken, shower control was tricky (learn that a second valve to control temperature. Kitchen was narrow in size. This place is more suitable for those who want a quick one or two night stay, not suitable for family with small children. Hotel has very helpful daytime front desk lady name "Lilly", open 24-hours. also very close to the terminal train station.

it's the first time I book a hotel without reading the reviews my bad.. This hostel is horrible, disgusting, nothing positive. Very dirty, not maintained. The bathrooms are shared in the same floor but they are infested, worn and unbearably dirty, I avoided taking a shower for 3 nights, I used to go to restaurants bathrooms. The lock of the door of the room is broken, we couldn't lock it.
