The hotel is in the suburbs but close to metro lines and the train station. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants. The standard rooms are simple and a bit old-fashioned but clean and good enough to sleep over. The breakfast is good for the price, nobody stays hungry. In the lobby you can find additional items e.g.: toothpaste, drinks, snacks. You can use a computer for free and print your boarding pass or use a microwave and kettle because the standard rooms are not equipped with these appliances, only toiletries. Some part of the hotel is renovated and looks really cool. In the evenings you can sit outside and chill with friends. I likes the atmosphere at the entrance. The staff ks really helpful and kind. At 11 pm the check-in was smooth and the receptionist was tolerant and smiling. …

Hotel's Favourite
Very clean and comfortable rooms. It helps that it’s closed to the train and buses so we saved on transportation. Roxana in the front desk is very helpful and friendly. She is a gem as she speaks at least three languages. Highly recommend this Hotel for people who travel on a budget.

Good location, hospitality, a very good breakfast and a spacious room make the hotel a great place to stay in Roma! I stayed there for 6 days and the team was always ready for giving tips. There are good restaurans near the hotel and the access to buses, trains and the metro is very convinient. I definitely reccomend the B&B Hotel Roma Tuscolana - San Giovanni!

The location was ideal as it was near a main Trainline or just a 5 minute walk to the local Metro station. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items. The only thing letting this down for me was the room was very tired. The room furniture needs repair/replace and could be so much better with a little bit of care.

It's a little out of the way from the core, but close to a metro, train and bus. Hotel was clean and cozy, with a super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was more north american, but offers plenty of options to fill you up before your adventures. If you don't mind being outside of the core, then this is a great pick!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everyone at the reception and at breakfast was really nice. The room was good, the bathroom too and clean also. Close to train station and relatively close to the metro station. Would def recommend.

We stayed three nights and we are very happy overall. The location was not ideal but is close to buses and subway by few minutes walk. Break fast is very good. The service at reception was excellent and very profesional.

The front desk staff was excellent. Everything was clean. Small rooms which was fine. It’s about 20 min cab right from the thick of things in rome so a bit out of the way but good value for the money.

Great hotel with clean comfortable room. Staff was great and helpful with all requests for near by places to eat and arranging transportation. It would be nice to have wash cloth's with the towells. Not too far a walk from subway, but be careful on crowded subways. Nice, clean, quite place to stay. Thank you.
