We travelled to Rome for a family 3 day break not really knowing what to expect from an Italian 3*** Hotel. Our experience was very positive from the quick response of Daniele when booking a transfer to the speed of check in, the fact that our rooms were ready at 11.30 am on arrival and the way staff looked after...

We stayed for 2 nights 22-24th November. Lovely staff that make you feel very welcome. The rooms are small but that is an observation, not a complaint. It was clean, had a double bed, storage (with extra pillows), decent bathroom and a small terrace area. Yes the showers are small but its not really an issue. The supplies were re-filled...

A comfortable and clean hotel in a relatively quiet area of Rome. The showers however were very small and our bed in room 212 was a bit on the hard side. That being said the staff were friendly and very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is situated in a good location 10 mins away from the train station with restaurants around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection of breakfast but wished the quality is a bit better. Also small sitting area for breakfast as we come during low season and there was a wait when we went in for breakfast this...

Very charming replica of a hotel from the 1950:s. Only the plastic mugs and the plastic cover on the matress, which the cleaning lady kept putting back every day, was signs of a new bad time. Had a room third floor facing the main street. No problem with traffic noise. Nice with tourist-service in the hotel. Good feeling also in...

My husband and I spent 4 days at the Raffaello Hotel in mid October. We are fairly active in our late 50's & mid 60's. we found much of Rome to be walkable from this location (Train station, colosseum, restaurants, metro) and the hotel was a lovely respite for down time. Huge, delicious breakfasts with lots of variety, clean rooms....

I had one night in Rome before a Tuscany Getaway Gals trip and stayed at the Rafaello Hotel. My friend was a few blocks away in super high end luxury (The Exedra) and I was at first so jealous! However, the cute boutique manner of the Rafaello, the staff, awesome breakfast and location won me over. My room was tiny...
