Verónica, the owner, is very nice and helpful. We feel like being at home. You can achieve easily the main center by foot, in 10 minutes you are at the Colloseum. By subway, direct line to the main places to visit.
I had no espectations for that amount of money and in that location but it turned to be a great accomodation!! All brand new bathrooms and bedrooms, excellent breakfast (even a home made tiramisu!!!) And really close to the colisseum and the red metro line...More
We had a very pleasant surprise during our stay in this B&B in Rome. It was affordable and had a very good location, close to Manzoni metro station. The B&B consists of an entire floor in an old residential building. Our room was quite big...More

Great place in center Roma, near Coliseum.
Easy booking, and friendly staff with Veronica. Breakfast is good. Rooms are well clean and luminous. Wifi available near the lobby. Métro is just 5 minutes walk away. 3 or 4 restaurants are just nearby.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
