The hotel was good. Nice welcome by the receptionist. When I see the room, it was little small for a apartment. But, nice furniture arrangement and bedding was good. The hotel is near few attractions in Rome. Santa Maria Maggior church was one minute walk.

The place is great and with a perfect location, very near from the Coliseum, the only exception it is the wifi you can only use it for email and texting, you can not use streaming services like Netflix. The room has a lobby with kitchen and you can make your laundry.

If you are planning to take a lot of day trips using the train, this location is ideal. Easy walk to Roma Termini. Also great apartment for family. Sofa with pull out trundle bed worked well for our 11 and 7 year old kids. Having a unit with the terrace provided a lot of extra space. (More space than we...

Came here on mid February with wife. Booked a large studio. The apartment hotel had a kitchen with washer and dishwasher, stove and fridge. There were lots and pans, and dishes with utensils abound. The room has a foyer that has a 4 seater dining table, tv, jukebox station that's integrated with the entire apartment, and a sectioned off queen...

We kindly asked the front desk if we can keep an apartment, on the three we have rented, until 10.15 am on day of our departure (knowing that the time asked by the establishment to the check out is 10 am). That would have been more comfortable for us to change after our last morning in Rome in the rain...

When I arrived I was bit frustrated about the size. In the pictures it looked bigger. It was a studio, very open with everything in the same room. Nevertheless, the appartment is well equiped and everything worked well. The building is quite old, as all other in Rome, but the appartment looks recently renovated. The staff is quite friendly, although...

We've stayed in this apartments for three times. Main advantages are: well equipped with all necessary things, good location near Termini ( 10 min by foot), Colosseum, two supermarkets. Among disadvantages are: weak WIFI in some rooms of the 3-rd floor, its impossible to turn on all devices at the same time because of shortage of electricity power, you should...

Myself, my fiancé, my son and his girlfriend stayed in a four person apartment here in September. The apartment itself was clean and a good size with good basic amenities. There was a double bed and a double pull out sofa bed, but not enough to pillows if you like to sleep on more than one. Although the bathroom was...

Quite close to the main train and bus station and other attractions. Nice and clean with modern decor. Staff very helpful. Wifi wasn't that good when we were there, and hot water not enough for 4 people to take showers.
