Short walk to the metro and we were on our way to the centre of Rome. Loved the fact that we were staying in a friendly residential area. We were even lucky enough to have the best restaurant in Rome within walking distance! Don't worry on arrival you are given a map of the best things to do in the...

It was our first time in a B&B accommodation of this type, but I don't regret a second ! Rim is basically composed of 3-4 rooms situated on the same level (5th floor of a building), connected by the lobby. At first I was reserved in booking this room, but it was perfect! I can definitely say we had all...

Sasha was very welcoming with lots of maps and information on getting around Rome. The room was modern and light with a simple Continental style breakfast (no cooked food which was fine with me). It's perfect!

We had the whole family here as there are only 4 rooms at the B&B. It was like we had our own apartment, it was fantastic! Sasha is amazing! Such a kind and helpful man that made us feel welcomed. He gave us a personalised map of all great restaurants in the local area as we were a bit off...

I had a single room, but still had my own private bathroom, with a great shower, and a few toiletries provided as well Bed: First class sleep ensured, lovely bed and bedding Location: it's slightly off the beaten track, which means you're in...

Please take note and book this establishment early! I had an absolute WONDERFUL stay here. Francesco and Sasha were more than hospitable and efficient. Courteous and the place is impeccably cleaned. Just a lovely quiet atmosphere. I booked the single room which also has a small single bed. I normally feel more comfortable in a double but I must say...

My bf and I were staying here for 3 days 2 nights and it was very good! The hotel located 10 - 15 mins from city centre and metro access is only 5 mins away. The receptionist was so friendly, she explains everything about Rome. The room was big, we even have our own balcony! And the breakfast was also...

My wife and I have just returned home from 3 nights stay here, and were both very impressed with this little B&B. Francesco is a really nice guy and so helpful with everything, places to visit, where to eat and how to get there on the map he provided us with. Eating out locally is amazing, 'proper Italian' and not...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed by the service, cleanliness, amenities and location. We had a very late check in which the staff were more than accommodating for (gone 11pm!). The staff were lovely and very keen to help us with finding places to see and eat. The room was clean and comfortable...
