Very good location! Very cleaned and nice bathroom! The only negative is the bed! They told us for double bed and they have 2 divans!! Very friendly receptionist!!it was a bit noise from trams. It was a very good with enough space room(wardrobes, bathroom).
Less than 3 mins to Termini Station. You can have a sight of the station at the entrance of the suites.
Facilities are maintained clean and crispy in a professional manner.
Highly traveler oriented young staff were listening to you.

Stayed in the green room, spacious, tidy room. Friendly staff, received directions to hotel before our trip and once we arrived, service was fast and very polite. Receptionist even help us with our concert tickets.
Clean room, nice shower, good space at the room. I stayed in the blue room and had a pretty well spaced bathroom. It was a bit noisy from the streets, but quiet enough with windows closed. Good, functioning air conditioner in the room!
Conveniently located near the train station, so easy to get the early morning train to the airport. Clean room, it faces the street so you could hear the trams passing by, although it did not disturb our sleep.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
