We just needed a place to stay in Rome for 1 night the day we flew in to Italy to rest and have as a buffer in case our flight was delayed (we didn't want to miss our train to Venice). We walked to the Inn from the Roma Termini station, which we took from the airport- super easy. We...

Great location in central Rome. Few minutes walk from the Colloseum. Stayed 4 nights April/May with a friend for a friends wedding. Room very clean and had everything we needed. Simone was extremely helpful and friendly. He arranged a restaurant booking for us for a group of wedding guests on the day we arrived - we all had a great...

Maybe it would be better not to write how welcome we felt in this B&B, how friendly and helpfull our host Simone is, how cosy the room, with a nice breakfast with fresh rolls. Maybe we should keep the secret, but Simone, you deserve better! Thank you Simone, my son Ischa and I loved our stay at your B&B during...

I will definitely return to this fabulous B&B. Simone is a gem. This is the best stay in Rome of my many trips here. Tonight is my last night here at the end of a month in Italy.... clean comfortable room. Personal attention to making the stay memorable. I wish I could give more than a 5 rating.

What a fantastic little B&B! Very pleased that we chose to stay here, it deserves all the great reviews. Location was perfect for us. Arrived into Termini Station and was able to walk quite easily to the B&B. We had a twin room, plenty of room for us two. Appreciated the quiet location and so close to the Colosseum! This...

Was very impressed when I got a call a few days before our arrival to Rome from Simone to check if we needed any assistance with getting to the BB and reconfirming the flight details. Stayed for 4 night and it was what we needed while in Rome. Simone and his wife were very helpful and also provided us with...

Great little place. Ac failed while we were there- Simone turned up with 3 beers 40 mins later to fix it and was resolved within the hour. Great walking distance from coliseum etc but perfectly set away from the bustle. ONLY negative was the ever so slightly bland room, but perfect for a bed as was required.
