Nice clean well located B&B. 15 min walk from termini , 15 min walk to colosseum and main attractions. Very friendly family run the hotel. Nice basic breakfasts at a cafe in front of the B&B. Free water bottles, tea and a basket of fruit is offered each day. Recommend!!!!

I love this place! It's a bit of a walk (10 minutes) from Roma Termini but is a welcoming oasis of calm and cleanliness. It is well-situated in terms of the major tourist draws, and offers an Italian style breakfast (espresso & sweet bun/small sandwich) at the bar across the street. The owner of Naïf is incredibly warm and welcoming....

Just left Roma Naif this morning after a 5 night stay. Our arrival was late in the evening and Claudio was gracious to accommodate. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided which made it very nice to come back to after full days of exploring Rome. We felt safe walking at night and didn't hear much street...

3 nights in Rome have just flown by and what better place to stay then Roma Naïf. We payed £150 for the room which is of course a bargain. Never have we stayed anywhere so clean, modern and to top it off the most friendly, kind and genuine owner called Claudio. When we arrived he greeted us and made us feel...

Clean, modern decoration, near the metro station. The Colosseum is a 15 minutes walk.I totally recommend this hotel for budget travellers. The only negative was the location, especially with the noise, but that was not really annoying.

We felt like it's more of guest house with a care taker, rather than a normal hotel. Only downside is that, in case of any issue/emergency hotel management is available only over phone as they aren't available 24X7 at the hotel. Other than this, it's great place to stay and perfect for couple Breakfast is available opposite to hotel building...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
