My boyfriend and I visited Italy this summer and stayed here for 3 nights. There are some pro's and con's to the accommodations. It is definitely not centrally located however it is a 8-10 minute walk from the metro line. It is located on the main metro line that brings you to all the main attractions which was nice. The...

The room is excellent, clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner is very patient and nice. He introduced to us the neighborhood and the main sites in Rome carefully. Breakfast is included in a small cafe bar nearby which provide Italy breakfast. Bus and metro are not far, which connect you to all the sites. Also, maps of Rome is on...

Our 3 day stay in I Pini was ideal. Comfortable room, great value, convenient location, pleasant staff and also some great recommendations for good restaurants nearby. We were able to make tea using equipment just outside the room and were given vouchers for breakfast just around the corner in a typical Roman bar. This hotel is in a popular area...

We spent 4 nights at this B&B at the beginning of October. The apartment is in a residential area and all four rooms in the apartment are rented by the owner. For check-in and check-out either the owner or his nephew will appear (both speak English) otherwise the whole apartment is occupied only by guests. Excellent information about how to...

We have booked one room for a long week end in Rome and we were delighted. From the start, we were very well taken care of by the owner of the flat, who helped us with our luggages and to plan the best possible week end schedule. He is very friendly and knows Rome by heart. The appartment was great,...

The property is in a residential area, quite a bit away from the city centre. The Metro station though is at a close walkable distance. The Metro system in Rome is excellent and this makes it very easy to commute to and fro from the property. There is also a city bus which runs from very close to the property....

Booked from the reviews posted here and was the best decision I could have made! I won't lie, at first I was disappointed about the location since it was very residential, but after my stay I can honestly say this B&B is greatly located! I'm still amazed at how close metro and bus stations were. This place is lovely place...

Lovely place that is immaculately kept. Rooms were delightful with air conditioning and a decent shower room. The chap who looks after you, Jack, was a delight to talk to and incredibly helpful. The only slight issue is the breakfast which has to be taken at a cafe just down the road and only offers an iced croissant or sandwhich...

Rooms are very clean, modern and quiet, about 10 minutes from the metro. Excellent and friendly staff. Coffee and tea free for use in the lobby. Breakfast with sandwiches, croissants and great cappuccino in a caffe down the street. We recommend it, next time in Rome we'll come back.

The owners showed their helpfulness even before arriving to Rome. Our flight was late so they waited to check us in. They also provided useful information which was very needed especially when we were first time in Rome. The room was clean and comfortable and after all day activities we could feel like at home. Location is also quite good....

“Asked for a balcony in the booking email and got the huge terrace. Travel: Take the FR1 from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Tuscolana (5 mins walk to the hotel). 8 Euros each way which is cheaper than the Express Train and more Direct.”
