Rooms were small but very clean and warm (November) with aircon and tv and little minibar into which you could put your own water and was stocked with water. Bathrooms very small but adequate. Staff were very friendly. The rooms are on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. We were family with elderly and children and had no...

It seems like a lot of these reviews are for a hotel but we stayed in the apartment as there are five of us. Elizabetta emailed before we arrived to arrange transportation to the apartment if we wanted it which we did. She met us there on arrival and showed us everything and gave us maps, explaining where to go...

We booked this a few months before our trip, but was pleased when on the day of travel, Elizabetta contacted us to enquire about our arrival time and flight number. As we were arriving quite late, she offered to book a car, which was great as Easyjet did their usual delay dance. The reception is only manned at certain times...

We had a bad experience as we forgot to call the owner before we came and we could not get into our room. We had all our luggage with us and did not have a local phone as we are from Australia. We ended up borrowing a strangers phone to call. Thank God for their help, we would have been...

This review is here to serve as a guideline for people considering staying at this place. Stay away. Pick something else. If you choose to stay here you will: - NOT SLEEP: if you have chosen a double room, the double bed is in fact, two single bed metal frames locked together. That would be fine if the mattress on...

Beautiful, clean, charming, quaint. I couldn't say enough nice things about this place. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in the heart of Rome....close to the Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain. I felt like we had our own place here verses staying in a hotel. It felt like we were locals. I love this place and would love to come...

Great townhouse. Clean and in a perfect location. We stayed 3 nights and never had a problem! The staff was friendly and helped us to navigate the city. It really feels like you're a local when staying here because of the neighborhood it's located in. Feels a little bit like Boston.

We had a party of ten and had a small issue with one room that was not the fault of the staff, but more the fault of how it was written on the booking site. However, the staff resolved this issue rather quickly and all was fine. The rooms were very nice and clean.

I recieved a text message at 1030 the night before our 10th Anniversary trip, stating we had to be moved because of a water issue. It all seemed a bit wooly to me, However, the proprietor did move us to another apartment. Unfortunatly this was not in the same area, and meant we had to get tubes daily to get...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
