We have great impressions from our stay in the hotel, it is difficult to select what is the best.Wonderful staff, perfect location, superb breakfast, especially desserts, cakes, coffee, after breakfast i didn't need to go to pastry shops in Rome.
We stayed for 3 nights in June on our honeymoon and have only positive things to say. The location is perfect, being a 1-2 minute walk from Termini Station, and the hotel looks appealing and luxurious from the moment you enter the gates. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we were offered a complementary drink in the bar whilst our bags were taken to our room. We booked the junior spa suite and I have never been so pleased with a hotel room in my life! Having the spa pool in the room was incredible to relax in, particularly after long days walking around in the heat. There is also a hammam/steam room in the shower, which was very good. The room was of a very good size and it was cleaned multiple times each day. I honestly cannot recommend this room highly enough, it was incredible and we spent so much time using the spa facilities - in fact we had complementary access to the main spa but didn't use it once! The bar/restaurant is a beautiful room, with large pillars and stunning decor. The staff were all incredibly professional and the drinks list was vast (try a passion mojito, beautiful!). The breakfast offering was also huge and catered for all tastes, it was of very high quality. All in all our stay was an amazing one and I would not hesitate to stay again - even if we didn't get any freebies despite it being our honeymoon! Some of the other reviews about the staff and the quality of the rooms have really missed the mark. Take my word for it instead, it's a quality hotel. …
all at the highest level! Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness! was upgraded to two levels, premium room!!! The train station is not a problem. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Junior suite is really nice but for AUD500+/night, breakfast should really be included. Before our stay, they told us breakfast is €20 pp but found out that this rate only applies when you book at check in. Paid €25 pp to try their breakfast on my birthday but it was disappointing. Hot food and other savoury cold food were empty and we waited for an hour before they came and top up the mushrooms. Had diarrhoea after which means that the food was probably sitting there for a while. They also don’t have hot water in the evening, only luke warm water: this means that you can’t have a bath as by the time you fill in the bath tub to 20% full, the water is already cold. They did compensate us with a bottle of prosceco on the first night due to this issue. Kudos to them, they gave me another bottle of prosceco on my birthday (not that I drink but the gesture is still appreciated). In saying all the areas that they could improve, their customer service is of a high standard. …
I am shocked by the service at the hotel and the lack of flexibility in my reservation. I made it directly at the hotel without using sites like Tripadvisor , imagining that I would have better service. I made a reservation for 5 nights and we decided to stay only 4 days. I requested the cancellation of the last night and they informed me that they will not refund me. As I'm going back to Rome on the 8th to board the return flight to my king on the 9th, I gave the hotel the option of not giving me a credit so I could use this reservation for the 8th of January. Reception said they couldn't do it and that the manager is off duty and no one could respond for the refund, meaning they didn't solve my problem and didn't give me a proper answer. would you prefer a dissatisfied customer who can speak ill of the Radisson chain and poor service or would you have the sense to authorize me to change my last date night?…
We have been here for our last night in Rome, needed to catch an early train from termini station and hotel was just in front of it. We have been surprised by the hotel, very nice building with ancient architecture, high ceilings but modern furnitures. The restaurant for breakfast is amazing, and the choice of cakes was wide. We did appreciate the staff and the room upgrade for free.
The location is outstanding, just North of the Termini. The staff is friendly and personable and very professional. The property is safe and very clean and modern. The outside appearance is stunning. The price is very competitive. Overall I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
We requested adjacent rooms and were given two very large rooms at the end of a hallway, one of which must have been a suite, with no extra charge. The rooms had 13ft ceilings (one with gold leaf) and one room had a marble balcony. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff very friendly. Included breakfast was very fresh and the staff quick to offer coffee, juice, etc. Location was very convenient, right near the large train station, which made airport transfers a breeze as well as a day trip to Florence. Would definitely stay again!!!
The worst hotel I’ve stayed in for 20 years of travelling the room was run down the shower had a broken tile which was a Saftey hazard . We was moved to a different room which was no better and was noisy from the outside music which was playing until 3am . I would avoid this hotel at all costs
Stayed here for three days during our trip in Italy, staff is welcoming, everybody kind and prepared. We appreciated room upgrade with nice view on courtyard. Breakfast was great, lot of choice specially cakes and sweet in general. Not cheap, but overall very pleasant hotel
