Great Hotel. Room was very large, breakfast was great. Hotel is within an easy 10 min walk from both the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. Great Jazz Club (Gregory's) right around the corner. Tons of great food nearby. Also 5 mins from the Subway. Could not recommend more. Room was spotless.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Rome. It is right down the street from Barberini Metro Station and so close to walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The location is the best part about the hotel. The people were very nice and pleasant too. The not so nice things about the hotel follow. The room was...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Brilliant location. Ideally placed for many tourist attractions. Room was large and well provisioned. Excellent staff that were more than helpful to point out some city do's and don'ts. The breakfast was a little brief and underwhelming but the quality of the room, location and staff knowledgeably more than made up for it. If you're...

We stayed at the HQH guesthouse for three nights. When we arrived time was spent to book us in and give helpful tips, local restaurants/travel advise. Spotlessly Clean and very helpful staff. Ideal location was able to walk to all the major attractions. Traffic noise can be heard, when in the room though this did not bother us. Breakfast limited...

GREAT location! 5-10 minutes walk from trevi fountain and the spanish steps. We got the imperial ensuite. Very clean and spacious. Included everything that was mentioned on the booking. Breakfast was perfect for being a continental breakfast. Definitely value for money.

Got to Rome airport and took the train to the hotel. Literally a 10 min walk to the hotel, really nice walk. Got to the hotel and there was a lack of signage but we found the board and went in. Firstly, it was very clean! The staff were very nice and polite - gave us a map of Rome...

Our family arrived in the morning after a long flight. The staff were most helpful and organised for our room to be prepared first so we could move in early and catch up on sleep. Loved the location - close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and transport options. We were able to leave our luggage there for the day when...

Great location, and very clean rooms but unfortunately our room was a little small and tired looking and could have done with a lick of paint on the walls but for the amount of time we spent in our room it wasn't a great concern to us.

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
