Staff were really helpful and supportive, they provided whichever we asked they had provided a nice cot for our baby before our arrival the map provided by hotel was really great, I recommend airport transit of hotel, it is reasonable

Yes even though it's called the heart of Rome you do need to go by bus to town - or walk, which is what we did. I felt the price of the place and the friendliness of the staff - they were so helpful- made up for the bus... More
