We were transferred to this hotel from their sister Solis hotel due to being over booked.
Th Toilet light did not work, The toilet seat was broken and the inlay-ed wash basin surround was broken and missing and in a dangerous condition.

Dear customer, we regret what happened, if we had known in time, we would definitely have changed rooms.
My friend and I (both female) stayed for 3 nights in September 2017. We stayed in a double room, did not eat at the hotel so no review of the food.

We hired a car at the airport to go to the hotel. Driving yourself in the old city would be challenging for even an experienced traveller. We then took a train to our next destination Florence.

We hired a car at the airport. It was easy to find and driver was pleasant. it is about a 40 minute drive. There were eight of us and the charge was about 70€
