We are just finishing 4 nights at Nicolas Inn. Absolutely perfect location to walk everywhere. Fair size room, clean, firm bed, shower has great pressure and consistent temperature. Our room is on Via Cavour, so some street noise, but not enough to keep you awake. Loved the little breakfast spot, perfect location to watch the locals come and enjoy their...

This is a quaint B and B located steps away from the Colosseum and several wonderful restaurants. The Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Parking in Rome is difficult enough, if you can avoid using a car do so. We walked to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and other sites. The price was very reasonable. We would stay...

Two blocks from Colosseum and Forum, two blocks to Metro, good restaurants within two blocks, if it were not Rome you might never go further than two blocks. Loretto is a treasure of information and most helpul. We were able to make the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, Parthenon, Four Rivers Fountain, Trevi Fountain and more without guides from this...

Great B&B location in Roma. Very close to Colosseum and other historic Roma sites. Loretto was a fantastic host and recommended excellent restaurants and places of interest. The room was clean and comfortable.

It is next to a bus stop, within walking distance of almost all major attractions, and Loreto was a great help getting checked in and showing us how to get around on a map. It is comfortable, clean and very affordable. To top it off, they have small bottle of wine waiting in the room for you when you check...

Me and my husband stayed at Nicolas inn for our 5 day stay in Rome. It was perfect. Spacious and comfy and located next to so much. They even give you a bottle of chianti as a welcome! It is in the heart of ancient Rome near the coliseum, forum, pantheon, etc. The only thing you aren't near is Vatican...

This small B&B is located on Via Cavour really close to the historic sites. Not full of amenities, but the host is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was provided a couple of doors away at a small restaurant run by a very friendly couple.

We stayed at Nicolas Inn 3 years ago and absolutely loved it. The location being around the corner from the Colosseum and only a 15 minute walk from the train station made it perfect for us. It was our favorite place that we stayed on that trip. So when we returned to Rome this year we knew we wanted to...

The Nicolas Inn is a powerhouse of efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness. Our room (1 of 4) was by no means flashy...a queen bed with spare blankets you'd find in your closet at home, a bathroom that includes a bidet, toilet, and a simple shower and corner sink, and furniture that is just eh. There were even a couple loose tiles...

Loretto met us and insisted on carrying our bags up to the second floor hotel (and down again at the end). He was very welcoming and took us on a tour of the neighbourhood to see where we would have breakfast, but also some good restaurant options in the nearby streets. He was available when we had questions and arranged...
