hello , the train station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel ,taxi from the airport £50 for train and short bus ride for under £ 5,00 quid get a day ticket for the train takes you all over the city with a 20mile radius for £4,00 gets you to the door step literally of the colleseum the trevi fountain and all the must see sites are with in a 20 minute walk all bar the vatican. the metro is very easy to use and the receptionist at the hotel is good at giving inpartial advice safe journey colin and jackie
