The elevator - with manual doors and an open cage - is the first thing you encounter and simply brings a smile to your face. That set the tone for our staty. The attention and service at this small (7 rooms) hotel was exceptional. From recommendations to helping with booking and reservations. Located on a business street, but very quiet...

Stayed for three nights as part of a group, for the Italy/Wales match. Service and welcome was second to none. Breakfast taken in a cafe two doors down was also spot on. The location was perfect to take in the classical sites, as well as the many restaurants and bars.

Great hotel best value in Rome. Close to Colosseum and metro and great restaurants. The WiFi was awesome too not like some where they have you on rations. It has a lift. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Good shower. Has a fridge and kettle.

Second time in Rome and we stayed at Hotel Paba for the second time as well. Location is perfect, easy walk to the ancient Rome sights. Second to none is the proprietor Alberta who is very charming and helpful in all respects. Even though she doesn't live onsite she seemed to be there all the time. She made dinner reservations...

This was our second stay at the Paba. Previously stayed in May of 2010. Alberta is wonderful and took care of everything for us. From arranging a car from the airport to transportation to the cruise terminal. An amazing woman who runs a great little hotel right near the Coliseum. Thanks Alberta!

1912 apartment block with boutique hotels on each floor. Superbly presented, spotlessly clean and outstanding value. Right near the Colosseum within walking distance of Trevi Fountain and Metro for Vatican City. Madame Alberta is a mindful of information and very helpful indeed. Breakfast was lovely.

This B & B is located about two blocks to a Metro Stop, The Colloseum, and the Forum. You just can't ask for any better. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby also. It is operated by Alberta who is the sweetest lady and runs an excellent B & B. My wife and I stayed here and would not...

The hotel is situated on Via Cavour in a building of classic Roman style, at second floor. I have visited this cosy hotel with my family and we have stayed in the family room. It was one of our comfortable stay in Italy. Signora Alberta was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! You feel the hospitality when you enter the reception...
