I spent 3 nights here for business reason. Except for vegan option at breakfast (croissant and soy milk) I have to say that it’s too expensive. Rooms are old and very hot, I couldn’t sleep properly. I’m giving 4 stars just for vegan breakfast, very difficult to find in Italy.

I have to preface this by saying that the best part of this place was the staff, they really made the difference in my opinion here. The location is somewhat blah, next to an active constructions site that starts hammering away at 6:30AM (I understand that this isn't their fault but in general the location is only marginally functional at best), and there were some problems with the room like a bathtub leak and flickering/dying CF bulb in the bathroom, generally not very well-lit rooms, beds only acceptable overall, inedibly un-fresh produce at breakfast, etc.. But these are small things in the grand scheme of it all, and I have to say that in the end I viewed my stay here positively because the staff were so accommodating, pleasant, kind, and competent. They were so conscientious about my gluten free issue, they were so helpful with the room change and flexibility in offering that as a solution to our issues with the first room, very informative and coherent. I didn't really test their English as I prefer to stay in Italian these days when I can but they clearly are very competent in English as well whenever they heard us speaking amongst ourselves in English and offered some information in English just in case, which I can appreciate. Bottom line: breakfast was good, not great; wifi functionally fast and stable; room(s) were alright, not great; and the staff were stellar, and I would definitely stay here again if the occasion called for it,. My sincerest gratitude to the people who work here, I really do appreciate you.

The Novotel Roma Eur is very comfortable and in a good location. The air conditioning is very good. The decor is pleasant in the hotel and in the room. The room includes multiple spaces for luggage and unpacking clothes. The journey by taxi to the hotel from Roma Termini was about 30 minutes around 1750 (eur 25) and to FCO Airport 22 minutes around 0700 (eur 50).
One item to know is that the bathroom door is translucent glass. An early riser could disturb a late riser.
I ate the breakfast (EUR 14 or included in the rate), and it was very good.
We found a pleasant bar 10 minutes walk from the hotel, Giovarruscio Ennio, V.le Città d'Europa, 837. The aperitivo snacks are good. We drank Negroni (10) and Campari with soda (6). Another 5 minutes further is Bistrot 4.5, Via Amsterdam, 140, for a pleasant dinner. These are good places to know if you want to get out of the hotel.
We recommend this hotel, and we would stay here again.

Great hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff, and special thanks to Andrea (Andrew) at the bar. Staff was very helpful arranging a late checkout. There is a busstop in front of the Hotel and a subway station about 1km away, but can also be reached with the bus and a shopping mall at 500m. I would stay here again for a family holiday or a business stay! When landing on FCO, you can grab a taxi for about 50 euros. We also took a 72 hour public transport pass for 18 euros. Public transport is easy to use and stops at all major landmarks.

Stayed in a superior room. It is of a good size, newly renovated and furnished. But this, unfortunately, does not cover all the other disadvantages. 1. The most important thing is that there is a huge construction site right under the windows. And it will go on for several more years. Therefore, if you love silence, then you are not here. Because the soundproofing of the windows is very poor. Even when the construction is not in progress, the noise of passing cars is loudly heard. 2. There is nothing around the hotel. There is nowhere to go, there is nowhere to eat within walking distance (it's good that the cuisine in a local restaurant is not bad). 3. Glass roller door to the bathroom. It does not close tightly and everything that happens there is very well heard. In addition, there is an automatic light in the bathroom, which goes out after a fairly long time. 4. Didn't like breakfast at all. Poor both choice and quality.
In general, we did not like the hotel and next time we will look for an alternative.

Myself, my wife and my two children stayed in this facility on the night of 4/24/24 due to surgery in a private clinic in the area. We arrived at the facility after lunch and were immediately welcomed by Emanuele with great availability. and professionalism, in the afternoon we needed some extra pillows and the girl who was there at the time immediately satisfied us. The room was beautiful and spotless, nothing was missing even there was a kettle and we even enjoyed a good coffee. Rich and varied breakfast, our children wanted to savor everything...we did the check out with Gisella and what can I say, she was also super helpful, kind and with nice manners, she even asked my wife how she felt since she knew about the ' intervention. We had a great time, top staff, comfortable, clean and very beautiful facility. Super recommended. We will certainly return, I hope and hope not for surgical reasons. Thanks to all the staff

Typical Novotel, modern, clean, functional with friendly staff. Nice room with all necessary features. Bar area of particular note with free tapas type buffet in the early evening. For those arriving by car it has ample parking and is easily accessible being on the outskirts of Rome city yet only 10 mins downtown.
