Very comfortable, clean, safe and quiet place with wonderful restaurants just below. Conveniently near the subway and within easy walking distance to the Vatican Musuem and St Peter's Basilica. I would definitely stay there again if/when I come by Rome again.

Really service minded and friendly staff/owners and cosy colorful rooms with nice design. Good location. Quiet room with air condition. Good breakfast with home made cappuccino, espresso and creamy croissants. I have nothing to complain about. All in all I can highly recommend it!

We (family with two children) stayed in Rome a couple of days. We wanted to have a modern Bed & Breakfast nearby the vatican. Gli Artisti really fulfilled our demands. It is a cosy but modern little B&B with 5 rooms that is charmingly run by Alessandro and Cinzia. Rooms were very clean and even the taxi transfer from and...

Gli Artisti is a very nice place, pleasant, clean and beautiful. The location is great, near a metro station, Vaticano and not far from Piazza Navona. Also has good restaurants nearby the B&B. Besides, they were very helpful to manage the situation to offer a better staying for us. If I am back in Rome, would stay there again. Eduardo.

We spent the valentine's day weekend there.. Such a sweet place and lovely staff. It makes you feel as if you're home. To set your expectations, it is an apartment with several rooms that they rent out. Recently renovated and well maintained. We booked the pink room because it was the only free one at the time.. I have to...

Gli Artisti is a very nice, well priced B&B, on a very short walking distance from the Vatican and metrostation Ottaviano, at the upper floor of an old Roman building. We stayed in the yellow room; it had a private entrance. Impeccably clean, very quiet. Bed, bathroom, everything was okay. In the breakfastroom is a little kitchen (with refrigerator) where...

If felt like home. It truly has this cozy atmosphere, which I suspect it comes from the fact that it is a family business. A smile and willingness to help were always there, from the moment of arrival until the departure. The room had wonderful details such as the ceiling with fluorescent paint which gave the sensation to fall asleep...

I lived on Via degli Scipioni for ten years and when I returned to Rome recently I wanted to stay in a B&B near my old apartment. I chose the B&B Gli Artisti for its location and charm. It exceeded my expectations. The place is immaculate; the breakfast abundant with yogurt, juices, breads, salumi, fresh coffee and real cornetti, as...

Gli Artisti is perfectly located! Within walking distance to the Vatican and the metro station (but you can pretty much walk to everywhere)... It's clean, comfortable and very unique. Cinthia (one of the staff ladies) is so nice and helpful and Alessandro (the owner) is so funny and kind. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to a...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
