Wifi is working great, clean rooms, and it's situated in the center of the city. Termini station is in walking distance. Near a lot of small restaurants. And the most important is price! I received a good service for good money! Fully satisfied!
Great location, 200m from Roma Termini (main train station where you pick up the airpot bus, about 10 euro's return), easy access to all attraction in the city.

We booked this B&B last minute as our previous booking cancelled on us leaving us with 1 week to search for accommodation.

It was a bit hard to find this place at first, but the location is actually good and in walking distance to the Colosseum and some nice restaurants. The room was big, but quite weary, as was the bathroom. It was nothing special and just...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
