We had been recommended Best Pantheon B&B and were expecting it to tick all the boxes. Unfortunately our apartment was not on a floor that had lift access, and as we had alot of luggage, this caused quite a scene between us and the helpful check in lady. It wasn't her fault, but we had checked the website, and I...

My husband and I stayed in early September for two nights in Rome. We had a wonderful experience- great location, helpful and efficient hostess (speaks great English), clean and spacious room with our own outdoor sitting area, and the best breakfast we had during our two weeks in Italy. One tip- don't try to walk from the train station, just...

This bed and breakfast has a very high standard of room. Stylish, clean and modern. The location really couldn't have been better as it has a bus stop just along the road, a little supermarket just opposite as well as lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. A very lovely treat, is that breakfast is served in...

Spent a week there with my wife and we were very satisfied with the service. Its very discreet so you only see the receptionist when you check. The rooms are quite nice and well designed, young and trendy people would like them. Everything in the room was clean, everything worked, breakfast was good and on time. Highly recommended.

If you like clean, simple and modern then this b&b is for you. Positives; The location is great, 5 mins from the pantheon and 5 more to piazza Nevona. Right near the bus stops and cat square. (You can go see the cat sanctuary just 2 mins across the road) Opposite a lovely ice cream shop / pizza shop 2...

Very good B&B! The standard of this accommodation was definitely more toward a 4* hotel and it was very modern and clean. The room was large and bathroom was also large and again very clean. Lovely view onto the streets of Rome but was silent throughout the night due to the double glazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a...

Such a fab location that you can easily walk to everything rome has to offer, our room ( number 4) was perfect. Spectacularly clean , spacious with even a safe , iron and ironing board. We looked out on to...

We depart for our Italy vacation in 1.5 weeks - our booking has been completed since January. How exactly is it possible to get an email this close to our vacation that says there's a problem with our reservation and you can't accommodate us? Abhorrent customer service. I'm so glad to have made a reservation 5 months in advance, only...

I don't think that is correct to write a review about a place that you didn't see. I suggest all travelers to read all the reviews about Best Pantheon: we try to offer the maximum quality to all our Guests. In that case we had an overbooking problem due to a malfunction of our reservation automatic program. We offered the...

Overall this room was very clean, spacious and modern and the staff were friendly. However the reason I have rated poor was the noisy staff member on the last day. We booked for 3 nights inc'l breakfast - which is served between 8 - 10. As we booked early morning tours through dark rome (8am start) we unfortunately missed breakfast...
