Loved this hotel! Very friendly staff. Very quaint and comfortable! The rooms are tiny but that's Europe. This is very well located and can walk everywhere...shopping, attractions and restaurants. Loved it is give it a 5 star if there was an elevator that went to level of the hotel.

I had a fantastic time staying at this perfectly located hotel. A short walk from the Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, Piazza Navone and The Spanish Steps. The room in the hotel was awesome, it was on the top floor and it had a double balcony so I could clearly see the Vittorio Emanuele Monument from one side and Parliament Square...

The hotel is situated in an excellent location! It is all within the walking distance to places like Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Piazza Nanova, Capitoline Hill, and most importantly Via Condotti where all the fancy shoppings are! We took a "taxi" from the train station, and it took less than 10 min to get to the hotel, but...

It is in a very convenient location. But the bed was absolutely dreadful. As hard as a rock. Noisy. Reception was friendly, but not very informative. We were told that the only way to the port was by taxi. Very clean. But can't get past the hard hard mattress

Dear Guest About the mattress i know that anyone like to sleep in different ways, someone like the hard bed some other the soft bed, in Italy all the doctor suggest to sleep with an hard mattress but i understand that anyone has their own habits. The hotel was exactly what we needed for a group of 17. It was close to city center and walkable of the main attractions, it was easy access to the bus stop and in a good neighborhood. For the most part, I think it checked the boxes (safe, affordable, clean) that we were looking for. The hotel also did a...

Nice small hotel. Excellent location, near the centre of Rome, the reception very friendly and helpfull. A lot of noise all time of the day and night from outside. Rooms nice but a lot of humidity inside and without soundproofing. We booked this hotel 1.5 months before arrival. They pre-authorize our credit card and while we had free cancellation up...

Dear customer, We kindly thank you for your good review on the staff and location, which is surely what makes us happy the most. Concerning the noise from outside, you are definitely right and we apologize for that. Unfortunately, during the period of your staying another hotel next to us was under maintenance, and even if this is not depending...

Bugted hotel, but we were surprised since we saw a beautiful pictures of this place. The sheets had blood stamps once, the door of the shower was broken ( though they changed the sheets and fixed the shower as requested) No ventilation in the toilet..so all the room stinks as well! The building was under constructions and each morning we...

Dear Customer, I am really sorry to read these words you wrote, in spite of the immediate help we gave you. We did not receive any complaint by you upon your arrival, neither about the sheets nor about the shower’s door, which makes me think that the damage occurred during your stay. As soon as you communicated to me specifically...

I never managed to identify the entrance prior to going to this place using google maps. On arriving, I still had to walk up and down the street looking for the entrance as it was closed at the time we arrived and we missed it. My wife was pressing the call button on "every other" building with no success. There...

Dear Customer, I am glad to see, judging by the score you gave to us, that in spite the difficulty to find us at the very beginning, you enjoyed your staying with us. In my honest opinion, I think spending a holiday in the very center of Rome, even a short one, is always a worthy and unforgettable experience. As...

First things first - You just can't compete for the location of this hotel at this price. Smack in downtown Rome (or at least the touristy part of it), minutes away from Piazza di Spagna, Trevi fountain, Navona, the Pantheon and other places of interest, as well as shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel itself is a bit of...

Dear Guest I really like Your phrase “it’s strange, but we like it”. It’s nice to be considered different from the others. People staying with us have to feel like home, like a roman citizen of the eternal city. The relation between quality and cost is one of our best strong points. An accommodation in the city center with so...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
