We're terribly sorry for the problem occurred with the boiler in your room...the problem was supposed to be fixed during your stay but the man in charge could manage to repair it right after your departure. We had never had problems with hot water before...More

Room was excellent value for money. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful when needed. Even offered to order us a taxi one morning very very early. So nice to have staff available 24hrs a day. We had a great stay.

Driving in Rome is a nightmare & lots of roads near the Vatican are restricted. You will have to contact the hotel directly & ask their advice.
