AVOID THIS HOTEL. Wish we had listened to the most recent reviews below. We arrived late due to a flight delay and the hotel refused us access and refused to take our calls. We were then advised via Hotels.Com we would be given access for the remaining 3 nights so we arrived again the next day at the hotel at...

The room we booked was unavailable for the first two nights of a 5 night stay, having been given to other customers. Breakfast was depressing - the bread offered had an expiry date of Dec 28/16. One coffee pod per person per day for the machine. Cereal but no bowls. We followed the example of other guests and bought meat,...

There was no free parking lot and the air conditioning was working poorly at 40 °C in the flat. It was just a flat in the 9th floor in a big apartment bulding. The Manager didn't answer to our call and the e-mails in advance. The Manager's representative just wanted to have the money in advance in cash. That was...

We were 3 friends celebrating big birthdays with a few days in Rome. The Guiliana room was perfect for us to share and we had our own bathroom and access to the breakfast room where we could get hot drinks and relax. Philomena was a very welcoming host and was there to greet us when we arrived, taking time to...

Upon arrival the outside of the building is scruffy but this is the norm in Rome, the owners are very nice and are very helpful, our room was very spacious for the three of us, the only downside to this room is it overlooks the busy main road which is rarely quite, breakfast was continental style, toast, cereal, croissant. There...

This is a little hotel located on the last floor of an apartment building with only 4 guest rooms. It looks like a typical italian grandmother's house, sweet and cozy. Filomena and her husband are a super sweet couple, very helpful with tips to have the best possible experience in Rome. You can walk to the Vatican City and get...
