Many have been said about the Termini area; avoid if it is possible. Obviously, for me, I needed the shortest walking distance between the airport bus and the accodomotion. I needed air-condition for a good night's sleep in the scorching Italian summer and a free good wifi. This B&B fit like a glove on the mentioned. What was a pleasant...

Thanks to its perfect location, cleanliness, cosiness and friendly people I would definitely recommend 63 Bed and Breakfast. Staying at this place allows you to actually feel the atmosphere of the Eternal city. I hope to come back soon!

Average place. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Basic breakfast, toast or cereal. Good location. Bed wasn't the best for a double room it was two singles together which I found un-comfortable. There is no iron but this seems to be common with these bnbs.

very close to Roma termini but the area is little shady at night as lot of homeless people and weird people roaming around. I think thats ok unless you are alone or not used to downtown kinda areas. call and ask before booking which room they are giving you. I think, they have four rooms total on the fifth floor...

Room was nice, clean, everything was ok only I was surprised that nobody from the service works on Saturday and Sunday even at the office, I paid for the hotel and I got no confirmation, nobody answered the telephone nor the message . The first time I came in for such with something so I was very irritated.

Near Termini station, in the heart of the city, this B&B is very well placed ! Rooms are fine, the welcome at the best. Breakfast honest, not more. A small lift to the 5th floor : take care with your luggage ! We'll come back if we return to Rome...

Stayed for 2 nights in a double bed room with shared bathroom at the Ferdi apartment. Well maintained. Clean, quiet and value for money. Basic breakfast provided. You may eat as much as you like. You are left alone after check-in, so there is freedom of movement. About 5 to 10 minutes walk from Termini Station. May look a bit...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
