Stayed here for 3 nights in May as we were visiting Rome for sightseeing and Tennis at the Foro Italico. Good points - Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and we had a terrace overlooking the bar and garden. It was nice and quiet. Location was perfect for Manzoni metro station (right outside). Staff were friendly but sometimes a bit slow in taking action ( or not taking action). There is room for improvement 1) our room was meant to include tea and coffee facilities. Despite asking for this at reception twice during our stay nothing materialised. 2) There was decorating going on. When we walked to our room after checking there were decorating cloths on the floor which we had to step over. Not a great first impression. Same happened on 2nd day. 3) Breakfast was only ok. Lack of bowls for the cereal each day and when they turned up they were very small. Food kept running out and was slow to be replaced. On the last day the breakfast area was way too crowded. No space between tables at all. Reasonably priced (but you get what you paid for). Personally I would rather pay a bit more somewhere else next time we visit Rome.

This was a trip for my 40th Birthday and the hotel was chosen due to location. My previous work role was as a Guest Experience Manager for Accor. I'd like this information to reach the female receptionist who seemed unable to control her facial expressions and smirked every time we required assistance and seemed to think I didn't understand what 'check in' meant. We were outbooked on the first night due to issues with water. When we checked back into the hotel the next day the receptionist confirmed it was due to an overbooking. We were outbooked to a hotel a taxi journey away, and much further away from the sites. The hotel were unapologetic and couldn't care less. We had to change our schedule and missed half a day packing and moving hotels, which is a lot for a 4 day trip. We only managed to get a key that worked for our room on the last day too. It was no wonder that we were not asked about our stay on check out. Absolutely abysmal service.

Stylish hotel, lovely friendly staff, great breakfast offer, and cozy cocktail bar. Double room was adequate size with good bathroom, and view over courtyard. A few issues. Bath but no plug, great shower but screen was not sealed so water went all over floor, bed side tables were hanging off the walls so not possible to put anything on them. I did actually find a metal screw in my granola; I received a ‘thankyou’ rather than an apology from the staff!

It was an excellent stay, with good accommodation and an excellent breakfast. I recommend this hotel for its location, proximity to the metro and public transport, breakfast and the comfort of the rooms and facilities throughout the hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, across road from metro station and 10 min walk to collosseum. Rooms are clean and toiletries replenished every day. Good choice at breakfast...i guess my only gripe here woukd be the queue to use the coffee machine...maybe 2 machines? We would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Amazing breakfast with a variety of food for all palates. You need to try the Mele Cotte (cooked apples)...doesn't look appealing but tastes like apple pie. Clean rooms. Great location. Accommodated 32 of us. Nice outdoor area to meet with friends with a bar. Hotel elevator dated but worked. AC worked in the room. Across the street from metro line and convenience stores. Restaurants left and right of the hotel.

Don't book a room in this hotel unless you don't mind to loose your money. They declined our refunding request, even rebooking for another date is not an option. No voucher or partial refund options are available, even though it's impossible to fly into Italy right now, due to airport strikes which is a known event worldwide, clearly not the customers fault. Very unfair and rude.

Stayed here for 2 nights and can’t fault it. Great location, about 10 min walk to the colosseum. I requested a quiet room and that was facilitated. Room was huge with really comfy bed. Breakfast was great, loads of choice! Would stay definitely stay again.

A few days before the trip, they tested the credit card used to pay the reservation (something they can not do), and said it wasn’t working. They did the exact same thing with two other cards. And they canceled the reservation. When we called to understand what was going on, the man who spoke to us started yelling at us and was incredibly rude and hung up on our faces. It was a horrible experience.
