My name is David Blanco, stayed with Estefania Soria on December 2019. Read: The hotel is super far for Rome. After hours to get there, i wanted to open a bottle of wine and no cork screws, called the lobby and they told me to come down to pick one up. No internet in the bed, had ti sit next to the door to get Wifi. I left my wallet with my CREDIT CARD there and called next day and they said to go pick it up but I was already out of Rome so I asked if they could send it to me by mail and of course I pay... But no, they told me that i had to schedule and make all the things with a carrier, that they Wont do it for me. So not only thry didnt want to send it to me but 15 days later they USED my card for 200+ USDollars and CALLED my bank like if it was me... UNBELIEVABLE. I'LL NEVER STAY IN THIS IBIS OR ANY OTHER. AND I HAVRNT GOT ANY ANSEERS FROM THEM OR COMPENSATION

Dear Davidpollo, We are sorry that the service offered did not live up to your expectations, we are sorry that in your room the wi-fi did not work or that you have found it difficult to reach us or move from our hotel to the city, we recommend that you ask our staff for any problem, found in the room or in the structure. As for your credit card, please forward any evidence that it has been used by one of our staff members and we will take serious measures, it is not the first guest who forgets valuables or credit cards, but what he tells us is not never occurred. I take this opportunity to extend my best regards Pierluigi Luca General Manager ibis Roma Fiera

Staff were great, room clean and very helpful staff. We were there 3 nights, quiet place and nice view from New Year’s Eve fire work as well. I will definitely recommend friends to choose this hotel, price was very reasonable as well.

I had to pay 6 euros for parking in the garage because the free parking is not adequate. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is polite enough, and the breakfast is avarage. very near the airport and a gas station, covenient to refill the rental car.

We are sorry that it did not find parking inside in this free and unguarded, it could have found place even outside our property where there are available all free parking spaces. On the positive side I liked the bed and I appreciated the breakfast and the food in general. It's not that the breakfast is super but it covers all the bases and sometimes you shouldn't need more. The negative side is the not so shiny neighbourhood, the outdated bathrooms, and I wasn't particularly impressed by the staff either. They weren't unfriendly, that's not it, they just seemed rather apathetic. It's an Ibis, you should know what you're in for. I had what I expected to have and the price was very reasonable, hence my positive rating.

Dear Nick A, Thank you for your time in review. We are pleased that your stay has been positive, and we are sorry for the negatives you have encountered, unfortunately for the neighborhood we try to urge the whole community to improve it but it is not always easy, as far as the unfriendly staff are concerned we have already arranged a meeting to understand what the problem has been and why it has not received the right reception. I take this opportunity to offer you warm greetings, with the hope that I can regain your trust. Pierluigi Luca General Manager ibis Roma Fiera
