The room was very spacious with balcony, Bathroom spotless and nice hot showers at all times. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels for the bathroom. All the staff we spoke with were pleasant and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Used the hotel shuttle bus every day to get to Colli Albani Subway (less than 10 min drive) where...

It was not a good experience for me, the rooms are not that clean, while the AC cannot be controlled from the room, so each time you want to switch it on or off you need to call the reception. On the last morning, i was freezing and needed to take a bath, i kept calling the reception for half...

We stayed on April, 2017 for family vacation. This hotel is better for business conferences or company classes since you are far from everything your attendees will be focus. A taxi from Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" International Airport to this hotel, at 1 am, was 70 euros. From there to the Coliseum you can take a bus and do several...

The highlight of our stay was a quick 20 minute walk up the road to the aqueducts. The property was dated but clean. Beds ok. Breakfast fine until they ran out of plates and not a server to be found. Overall not bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there on a regular basis.

Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2016. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. Carpets are ripped, wooden cabinets in the room are scratched and dented. When you have a shower in the bath the water goes on the floor and your left with a puddle on the bathroom floor. Breakfast has limited...

Stayed here for 4 nights and the hotel is very dirty and in a derelict state.Room had dirty walls, furniture was dented and old, bathroom without amenities and towels were not changed. Service is awful in hotel and restaurant. Far away from everything. Do not stay here!

The staff was friendly and service OK. Unlike some other comments, I enjoyed the breakfast. My room was big enough and clean. I had a good sleep as the room was quiet. But I would only stay there again if I need to be in the area of Ciampino because there is nothing around the hotel. This was really was...

First I will start my description of the hotel with its location – very far away from the city center and not convenient at all to get there. There is only one bus that can take you to downtown and the trip is about 40min. The bus goes every 20-30 min but it’s only till 17h…. later you can rely...

I could not be more disappointed with this establishment if I tried. The pictures on the internet are completely false advertisement and I do not believe that the hotel is 4 Star. The location for starters is basically based in the suburbs where you see old toilets and dirty mattresses on the streets. I feel like I have been conned...
