We stayed here for one night. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with our check in. The elevator can fit one person and one suitcase. It is tiny. The steps are steep and winding, but you get your exercise. We were on the 5th floor. This hotel also houses college students in apartments. My daughter is studying abroad and... More

Residence Candia is just about a few minutes walking from vatican Museums, St.Peter´s Cathedral maybe 10 minutes walk. Cipro Metro station is 5 minutes. Rooms are rather small, but otherwise clean and comfortable. A kitchenette is included, you can prepare some basic meal yourself. We rented a roof-terrace apartment. It is a pleasant bonus to have a drink on the... More

We recently stayed for 12 days at this hotel and could not have been more pleased! The manager and all staff are most helpful all the time, even recommending great cafes and groceries. The facility was clean and we had housekeeping services every day we were there. We loved the kitchenette in our room with refrigerator, cooking range and all... More

Was woken every morning by the bells of Saint Peter what more could you ask for and only a five minute walk from the Vatican museum. The location was superb with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Overall a very pleasant... More

I think it is true you get what you paid for. May be not the best for a single traveller buy it seems to be good for a family as they offer flats wcich seems to be very reasonable. Staff are fantastic and very helpful.

We were welcomed with a smile and superb service. The information on the local area was amazing and precise. They only recommend the nicest of places. The friendliest of places. A stones throw from the Vatican. The room was so much nicer than the first night we spent in Rome with my new wife. The room was spacious and clean... More

The apartments are approx a 15 - 20 min metro ride from Termini station. If arriving after dark I recommend alighting at Ottaviano station as Residence Candia is a straight 7 - 8 min walk from there and you will pass a sign for the apartments, reassuring you that you are on the right track. Cipro station is closer but... More
